Job Description

Key deliverables:

  1. Conduct System Acceptance Testing for deployments and upgrades
  2. Lead SOP creation for technical processes and support escalations
  3. Ensure ServiceNow tickets are resolved/escalated per SLAs
  4. Support software installations and provide post-deployment assistance

Role responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of technical issues
  2. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  3. Maintain change control and document all actions taken
  4. Travel to customer sites as needed (50%) to support implementations
