JOB DESCRIPTION
A Lead Consultant at Argano is part of the consulting family, responsible for providing strategic technology consulting services to large clients or within the organization, leading major strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. They apply extensive experience and knowledge of a client's business or an area of technology to help them make improvements in how they operate, most frequently to help them grow revenue or become more profitable. They offer recommendations for entering new markets, making existing products more competitive or implementing operational improvements. They indirectly be mentors to other areas and grades.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle subscription management cloud (OSM)
- Gather business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to Oracle Cloud application.
- Perform hands-on solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks.
- Configure and implement Oracle Subscription Management Cloud applications
- Design and develop solutions using Groovy scripts and Application Composer
- Create and manage subscription rules, validation templates, and billing configurations
- Implement pricing strategies and revenue recognition templates
- Configure SLA rules and manage integration touchpoints
- Build integrations between Subscription Management and other Oracle modules (AR, GL, Revenue Management)
- Experience working with Oracle CPQ and Order Management Cloud
- Develop and maintain REST APIs for system integration
- Implement usage-based billing solutions
- Set up and maintain subscription lifecycle management processes
- Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. Identify and document technical gaps.
- Do system configurations, create technical/functional design documents, develop and document test scripts.
- Co-ordinate with the onshore functional and technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation.
- Collaborate with large clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios.
Experience
- 7+years of consulting or industry experience.
- 5+ years in Subscription management implementation experience for non-Oracle platform
- Hands on experience in other Oracle CX products (preferably Oracle CPQ)
- Expertise in integrating Oracle Subscription with CRM and CPQ tools
- Expertise in integration with AR and Revenue management modules preferably Oracle platform and Oracle Subscription Management Administration
- Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience with different roles such as consultant, system analysis, or project management preferable
- Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems/ integrations involved.
