Purpose of the Role The Microsoft 365 Lead Architect will own the operational leadership of Microsoft 365 services across the global organization, serving as the primary escalation point and strategic driver for the collaboration platform ecosystem including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite. This role focuses on strategic technical leadership at the operational level. The successful candidate will partner with a team of technical specialists to execute the M365 vision, drive adoption, architect solutions, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges. In partnership with senior technology leadership, the Lead Architect will ensure M365 services align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
