WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should have- Basic Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
- The ability to rapidly learn complex domains and model workflows; and to translate requirements into test strategy
- Experience in building and improving test processes with an increased focus on business context
- Experience validating distributed/microservices systems and event-driven workflows
- Exceptional programming proficiency in a high-level, object-oriented programming language like Java/C++; with a track record of writing production-quality, maintainable code
- Excellent proficiency in Python and working knowledge of shell scripting such as Bash
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and TestNG, and API test automation
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintaining them as production-grade code
- Exposure to UI stacks like React/Redux
- Working experience in UNIX or one of its flavors
- Familiarity with performance/reliability testing and basic observability
