Role Overview
The Tech Lead will drive the execution, enhancement, and modernization of key technology platforms while leading new system implementations and data-driven initiatives. This role combines technical leadership, project ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Existing Tech Platform Enhancements
- Own and drive improvements across platforms such as LSQ, Stellar, Qlik, Leap, and related systems
- Identify gaps, performance issues, and modernization opportunities
- Oversee system overhauls, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
- Drive New Technology Implementations
- Lead end-to-end delivery of new tech projects (e.g., Freshdesk or similar tools)
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new solutions based on business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and timelines
- Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows
- Lead Data & Analytics Initiatives
- Oversee data management (DM) projects including allocation systems and central analytics platforms
- Drive enhancements and transformation of data infrastructure
- Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and usability across teams
- Partner with business teams to translate data needs into actionable solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in technical project leadership and system architecture
- Proven track record of managing both legacy system enhancements and new implementations
- Experience with analytics/data platforms and data transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
