Lead Talent Management Role with a Leading Bank
Experience to implement change management policies

Job Description

Design and implement talent management strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps within teams.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR frameworks and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and labour regulations.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR professionals within the team.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform talent management decisions and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead TM should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with implementation of succession planning, talent management frameworks and change management
Strong knowledge of talent management practices and frameworks in the financial services sector.
Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Expertise in succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in using HR analytics to drive decision-making processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
