Job Description

  • Design and implement talent management strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps within teams.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR frameworks and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and labour regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR professionals within the team.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform talent management decisions and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead TM should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with implementation of succession planning, talent management frameworks and change management
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices and frameworks in the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Expertise in succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in using HR analytics to drive decision-making processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
