Job Description

Job Summary

Lead- Talent Management shall be responsible for designing and driving Lumax Group's talent management strategy across businesses. This role will focus on strengthening the leadership pipeline, enhancing employee capability, enabling career development and enabling the high - performance culture aligned with organisation's long-term vision. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to ensure talent strategies are deeply integrated with business priorities, enabling lumax group to attract, retain and develop best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategy & Planning

  • Define and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy for Lumax Group.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate future talent needs and design initiatives to support growth and transformation.
  • Drive succession planning for critical leadership roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of future-ready leaders.

2. Learning & Leadership Development

  • Conceptualize and execute leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
  • Oversee capability-building frameworks aligned with evolving business and technology needs.
  • Collaborate with external partners to bring in best-in-class learning practices.

3. Performance & Career Management

  • Strengthen performance management processes to drive accountability and meritocracy.
  • Design career development frameworks, enabling clear career pathways.
  • Use talent analytics to identify high-potential employees and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

4. Talent Analytics & Digital HR

  • Use data-driven insights to track talent health, identify risks, and guide decisions.
  • Implement digital platforms for learning, performance, and career management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's degrees, such as an MBA in HR will be Preferred.
  • 15 + years total in HR or related fields, including 5+ years leading talent strategies.
  • Proven track record in designing talent programs, succession planning, and high-potential development.
