Job Description

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals within the financial services and trading industry.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media, to source potential candidates.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
Maintain and update recruitment data and metrics to track progress and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Talent Acquisition should have:

A strong educational background relevant to human resources or business management.
Proven expertise in recruitment, particularly within the financial services and trading industry.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, platforms, and data analytics.
