Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals within the financial services and trading industry.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media, to source potential candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data and metrics to track progress and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Talent Acquisition should have:
