Strategic Hiring Plans | - Formulate and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies tailored to business needs and market dynamics.

Market Benchmarking | - Conduct periodic benchmarking of organizational structures, compensation, policies, and best practices to ensure strategic alignment and competitiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration | - Partner with business heads to identify recruitment challenges and develop actionable solutions for process improvement.

MIS & Reporting | - Prepare and present periodic MIS reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
