Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the broking division.
  • Provide market insights and provide market mapping for the broking division.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent through innovative sourcing channels and methods.
  • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing and selection processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to senior management.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Lead should have:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • Market insights and expertise in market mapping for the industry.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
  • An analytical mindset to track and improve recruitment metrics.
