- To act as a Unit TA SPOC for a region/city within a state located in the zone.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to proactively identify staffing needs with forecasting.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews as per the role requirements.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the organizational applicant Tracking system.
- Design job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Facilitate employer branding initiatives from a Talent Acquisition perspective.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

- Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all important personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.
