Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Unified Communications solutions.
- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and associated UC components.
- Oversee end-to-end integration of Unified Communications and Contact Center Telephony systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical VoIP and UC platforms.
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendor-provided and open-source UC solutions to meet business requirements.
- Drive technical projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Establish operational best practices, monitoring, and documentation standards.
- Mentor, guide, and scale a high-performing engineering team to achieve project and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UC solutions with organizational objectives.
Experience Required:
- 6 - 8 yearsof hands-on experience in Unified Communications and VoIP environments.
- Strong expertise in managing and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
- Proven experience in Unified Communications systems integration.
- Experience supporting Contact Center Telephony solutions.
- Exposure to UCaaS platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions and make strategic recommendations.
Education:Any Graduation.
