Job Description
Experience: 8 to 12 Years (ICS Grade: E4)
Role Overview Lead Health Verification and Automation for complex Avaya ecosystems. Transition from manual checks to the design and implementation of automated health check workflows (Python/Shell), ensuring high availability for enterprise-grade UC and CC environments
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Automation: Design and maintain scripts (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) to automate health check processes and eliminate manual intervention.
- System Analysis & Audit: Conduct advanced health audits on high-complexity products including Oceana, Analytics, and Aura Core.
- Technical Escalation: Serve as the final point of escalation for health-related issues and system symptoms.
- Strategy & Optimization: Independently develop advanced approaches to system validation, migration health, and cross-product metric integration (e.g., SBC to Experience Portal).
Technical Expertise (Version 8.x or Higher)
- Avaya Stack: Oceana, Analytics, Aura Core (CM, SM, SMGR), IX Messaging, and CMS.
- Engagement & Infrastructure: IX Workforce Engagement, Experience Portal, SBC, and Advanced Virtualization (VMware ESXi 7.0+).
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in patching, migrating, and validating complex Avaya UC/CC environments.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical validation projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Communication: Mastery in technical writing and stakeholder communication for large-scale global deployments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
