About the Client
Our client has recently secured a large-scale enterprise Pega transformation programme and is currently building out a high-performing delivery team to support long-term strategic initiatives across financial services, insurance, and healthcare domains.
As part of this expansion, we are looking for experienced Pega professionals to join a growing team that will scale to 50 consultants by year end. This is a unique opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications from the ground up, collaborate with senior architects and stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping large-scale Pega delivery initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega applications
- Define scalable application structures, integration strategies, and reusable design frameworks
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, CSAs, and CSSAs within the delivery team
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, enterprise architecture standards, and best practices
Application Design & Delivery
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design case management workflows, business rules, data models, and integrations
- Drive solution reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders, architects, and business teams
Integration & Platform Engineering
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, APIs, and messaging services
- Support cloud-based deployments and DevOps initiatives across Pega environments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, deployment strategies, and release governance
Project & Delivery Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Architects, Product Owners, and Agile delivery teams
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities
- Contribute to technical estimations, planning, and solution governance processes
What We're Looking For
Technical Experience
- Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise Pega applications
- Proven experience in application architecture, case management, integrations, and rule design
- Strong understanding of Pega frameworks, application layering, and guardrail compliance
- Experience working in Agile and enterprise delivery environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
Domain Experience (Preferred)
Exposure to enterprise projects within:
- Banking & Financial Services (KYC, fraud, complaints)
- Insurance (claims, underwriting)
- Healthcare (appeals & grievances, claims)
Certifications
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) - Mandatory
- CSA / CSSA certifications - Mandatory
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-moving enterprise project environments
