R25	HIM / Documentation Analyst (Offshore, Tower 8)

LOCATION
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED	5+ years Cerner HIM production support

ROLE SUMMARY
The offshore HIM Analyst is a single seat carrying Nuance Dragon support volume and document routing during IST hours. The role must escalate ROI and chart-correction issues with appropriate severity (legal record implications).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
	. Provide Cerner HIM and Access HIM support during IST hours.
	. Triage Document Imaging and RRD tickets.

	. Provide Nuance Dragon Medical user-level support.
	. Support E-Signature workflow issues.
	. Inspect HL7 v2.x MDM messages for document-routing diagnosis.

	. Recognize ROI and chart-correction issues that carry legal-record implications escalate to onshore SA.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Cerner HIM Support (required)	Cerner HIM and Access HIM production support. Chart deficiency and completion triage. Coding queue support.
Document Imaging (required)
Nuance Dragon (required)
E-Signature (required)	E-Signature workflow support.
HL7 v2.x MDM (required)	HL7 v2.x MDM message inspection.
ServiceNow (required)
MHC Doc Express (preferred)	MHC Doc Express support.
Coding Queue Awareness (preferred)	Coding queue awareness for routing.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
	. Cerner Millennium Foundations (mandatory)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
	. Nuance Dragon Medical familiarity
	. AHIMA RHIT awareness
	. Prior offshore HIM support for a US healthcare provider
