Job Role
We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Manager to centrally drive customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of building strong partner relationships, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve RDC, Availability ,slurp metrics to reduce overall cost impact
- Build strong rapport and drive strategic initiatives/projects with cohorts, partners, and brands to improve CX metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to proactively drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
- Perform deep-dive analyses on RDC/Availability outliers and generate actionable insights,
- Engage regularly with brand POCs to review performance trends and drive improvements in customer experience and cancellations
- Develop weekly and monthly insights, dashboards, and RCA reports to track and improve KPIs
- Create festival readiness plans , including projections and mitigation strategies for CX risks
- Own and drive UI/Catalogue corrections in collaboration with internal teams to minimize CX impact
- Act as a central POC , coordinating with city teams to resolve real-time ground-level issues end-to-end
- Support on-ground operations during peak/festival periods , including sourcing, deployment, and payment processes
- Drive Supply CX GTM initiatives through effective coordination with respective city teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in Business Analytics / CRM / Business Operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and SQL (mandatory)
- Graduate/MBA from Tier 2/3 institutes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
