Job Description

  • Oversee endtoend supply chain operations including planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
  • Develop and optimise vendor management strategies, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
  • Implement forecasting tools and demand planning processes for multilocation operations.
  • Build SOPs and tracking mechanisms for supply consistency, wastage reduction, and timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams such as operations, finance, and quality.
  • Drive automation, digitisation, and datadriven decisionmaking across the supply chain.
  • Manage central kitchen purchase flows, raw material planning, and distribution efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Supply Chain & Procurement should have:

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the food FMCG industry.6-10 years of experience in supply chain and procurement, ideally in F&B, QSR, FMCG, or retail.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, sourcing, vendor negotiations, and logistics optimisation.
  • Handson, detailoriented professional with the ability to build processes from scratch.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work directly with founders/leadership and drive execution endtoend.
