Job Description
Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Ascertain adherence to SOPs and guidelines for store management, inventory control and scrap management
Assist in implementation of standard systems/templates/ processes for inventory management
Store Management
Manage inbound material receipts and maintain accurate documentation for procured and delivered materials.
Monitor inventory shelf life and assist in classifying items based on criticality and movement status (e.g., SMI, NMI)
Material Issuance And Deployment
Monitor the issuance of materials to end-users and ensure timely updates to inventory levels.
Maintain accurate records in SAP, including details of material issues, procurement, and inventory transactions.
Asset Management
Assist in identification and liquidation of non-moving inventory (NMI)
Implement asset scrapping or asset write-off basis DoA
Quality Assurance
Oversee the adherence to IMS standards across all purchasing, storage, and billing operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Risk Management
Assist in identifying and prioritizing all risks for stores, inventory control, liquidation and disposal
Responsible for updating the category risk register
Digital Mindset
Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Team Development
Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Science, commerce, supply chain management, business administration or related area. Prefer certificate or diploma in inventory/materials management
Work Experience
More than 6 years of experience in managing stores, inventory management and scrap management
