Key Responsibilities
- Deliver STEM sessions and hands-on workshops in partner schools.
- Lead and mentor a team of STEM engineers and educators.
- Coordinate with schools and educational institutions for program implementation.
- Support STEM curriculum delivery and project-based learning activities.
- Guide teams in developing innovative projects for expos and events.
- Conduct training sessions and support team development.
- Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality STEM program delivery.
- Conduct school visits to observe sessions and collect feedback.
