Lead- Staffing Business

The person will focus on building our Domestic Staffing business, with the following responsibilities:

• Business Development - Acquire new clients for Domestic Staffing
• Account Management - Manage existing clients ensuring high- quality outcomes and client satisfaction
• Delivery management - lead recruitment delivery for all accounts and ensuring resource deployment

Desired profile:

4-5 year experience of Business Development & Account management in Domestic Staffing

Strong Recruiting skills - must be able to guide & drive recruiters
