3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and using Azure cloud services and tools for monitoring, automation, CI-CD, Traffic Management etc.

5+ years of experience in setting up and auditing CI-CD pipelines for deployments, automation etc.

3+ years of strong experience in setting up observability framework for prod and non-prod env including automation using APM tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, OpenSearch

Sound experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes applications set up, infrastructure usage, data pipelines etc. in production env.

Strong experience in setting up SLOs, monitoring and improving reliability of platform

Experience in setting up Synthetic monitoring in production

Experience in setting up APM tool from scratch, understanding of different agents available in APM tool, their use etc.

Good exposure to Resiliency, Incident management and Observability Best Practices

The ability to guide and mentor other members within the team and improve the way to collaborate, learn, and share ideas

Excellent understanding of SRE concepts and culture

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Nice to have skills & experience:

Working understanding of good software, network, and systems design is preferred

Experience in Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools
