About the Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build - not just manage. You'll design and drive WeWork India's learning and inclusion agenda end-to-end: from learning architecture and vendor management to ERG strategy and employer brand storytelling. Success here requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution, backed by a data-driven approach to measure impact.

  • Enhanced employer brand visibility through impactful culture and learning initiatives

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Strategy & Calendar: Design the annual learning calendar based on a training needs analysis (TNA) align all learning interventions with business goals and capability gaps.

2. Onboarding: Own and facilitate new hire onboarding org-wide and by department, including pre-onboarding engagement mixers with upcoming hires.

3. Program Design & Management

  • Design end-to-end learning journeys and program architecture
  • Lead the Intern Engagement Program (biannual) and Sales Camp (quarterly)
  • Build and deliver programs for manager and leadership development
  • Facilitate internal sessions on performance management, total rewards, and new manager development
  • Lead the mentorship program - design, execution, and tracking
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and ROI

4. Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and onboard training partners aligned with learning goals conduct due diligence and manage ongoing vendor relationships in partnership with procurement.

5. LMS & Knowledge Management: Administer and optimize the LMS as the single source of truth for learning resources track completion, adoption, and impact metrics ensure the company intranet stays current across all functions.

6. Inclusion & Culture

  • Drive the annual ERG calendar and strategy
  • Run monthly connects with ERG members enable planning and execution of ERG initiatives
  • Track and improve inclusion and engagement scores
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing to showcase initiatives
  • Publish ERG newsletters, internal communications, and the diversity dashboard
  • Amplify initiatives across social and digital platforms
  • Build partnerships with external organizations and communities

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 6-8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or People & Culture
  • Hands-on experience in program design and facilitation, sales training, vendor management, onboarding, leadership development, and inclusion/ERG initiatives

Core Skills

  • Strong program design, execution, and facilitation
  • Stakeholder management across functions
  • Data-driven thinking - learning metrics, adoption, and impact
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or Organizational Development preferred, but not mandatory

Certifications (Nice to Have)

  • Instructional Design (ADDIE, ATD)
  • Coaching (ICF)
  • Facilitation or Train-the-Trainer programmes
