DharmikVibes is building Bharat's most trusted Spiritual Commerce & Spiritual Tourism ecosystem across temple cities.
We are now hiring a Lead Spiritual Tourism to build and scale our pilgrimage travel vertical from airline partnerships and OTA alliances to structured temple circuits and senior-friendly spiritual journeys.
This is a leadership role with full ownership of partnerships, packaging, revenue, and operations.
What You Will Build
You will architect and scale our Spiritual Tourism engine by:
- Partnering with OTAs and travel aggregators
- Structuring white-label pilgrimage packages
- Building temple-city travel circuits (Ayodhya, Kashi, Ujjain, Rameshwaram, etc.)
- Developing airline & IATA partnerships
- Designing senior-friendly and community travel programs
- Structuring festival-based recurring travel revenue
This role owns revenue, partnerships, compliance (where required), and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
OTA & Travel Partnerships
- Build inhouse OTA for Spiritual Travel
- Launch co-branded temple travel campaigns
- Integrate booking flows with DharmikVibes platform
IATA & Airline Collaborations
- Manage or establish IATA-compliant travel operations
- Coordinate airline negotiations, Integrate APIs & group fares
- Structure festival & seasonal pilgrimage travel packages
- Oversee ticketing systems & BSP processes (if applicable)
Temple Circuit Development
- Design structured pilgrimage circuits
- Build partnerships with hotels, ashrams & local operators
- Create bundled offerings (Travel + Learning + Spiritual Commerce)
Senior & Community Travel
- Launch escorted spiritual tours
- Develop RWA & senior society travel programs
- Build NGO & community travel collaborations
6-Month Success Metrics
- 3-5 structured temple circuits launched
- 2-3 airline or travel network collaborations
- 20+ senior group programs executed
- Clear monthly tourism revenue milestone achieved
Ideal Candidate
- 35 years in Travel / OTA / Tour Operations
- Experience in pilgrimage, group travel, or religious circuits preferred
- Strong understanding of airline partnerships & ticketing systems
- IATA Certification (mandatory or strongly preferred)
- OR experience in IATA-accredited agency / airline operations
- Strong vendor & hospitality network in temple cities
- High ownership mindset with execution capability
