Job Title: Lead Specialist GES PSC
Location: Hyderabad, India
The Lead Specialist GES PSC acts as the primary point of contact and escalation for all endtoend ProcuretoPay (P2P) activities, ensuring timely procurement, accurate invoice processing, and seamless payments. The role holds endtoend accountability for operational P2P performance, while driving process excellence through stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, standardization, and support for automation initiatives to enhance compliance, efficiency, and service quality.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary SPOC for endtoend P2P operations Serve as the first point of contact and escalation for all P2P matters, bridging internal stakeholders (requisitioners, Finance, Sourcing, business units) and external suppliers to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Resolve escalations and ensure timely financial processing Accountable for resolving blocked invoices, urgent payments, GR/IR reconciliation, supplier payment issues, and expediting goods and services to ensure ontime delivery and accurate payments.
- Lead stakeholder support, training, and gatekeeping Conduct P2P operational meetings and walkin support sessions, deliver trainings for requisitioners and budget holders, and maintain gatekeeping standards by guiding correct channels, vendor selection, and compliance practices.
- Manage tickets, supplier interactions, and master data checks Handle escalated tickets from vendors and internal customers, manage supplier calls, support vendor master data verification, and perform quarterly maintenance activities (AIO supplier list, SIM/COA tables, balance confirmations)
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement Perform rootcause analysis on recurring issues, identify process bottlenecks, and lead standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Support automation and scalable P2P solutions Contribute to and support automation initiatives and deployment of digital solutions to improve transactional accuracy, workflow effectiveness, and scalability across GES Procurement & Supply Chain operations.

You bring
- Bachelors degree with relevant work experience in shared services operations
- 5 years of relevant experience in P2P or shared service operations with stakeholder facing experience is preferred.
- Experience utilizing procurement technologies such as SAP, Ariba, and data analytics software like Celonis, Sievo & Tableau will be an advantage
- Fluent in English, written & oral. Foreign languages (German/French) would be an added advantage
