The HR Support Officer is a key member of the GES HR Hyderabad Hub, responsible for delivering accurate and timely HR administrative and transactional services across regions. The role supports global HR operations by managing employee benefits, HR administration, and employee data while ensuring compliance with regional policies and service-level agreements. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth, standardized, and costeffective HR service delivery model within a global shared services environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Benefits Management Manage global HR administrative activities, including employee benefits enrollment, life event changes, benefit renewals, and termination of benefits in line with regional requirements
- Employee Data & Lifecycle Support Update and maintain accurate employee data for life events and benefits changes, ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
- Reimbursements & Employee Support Support and process employee reimbursement requests such as tuition/education, rent, and childcare benefits, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Policy & Compliance Handling Apply HR policies, procedures, and employment laws based on regional requirements, ensuring compliance and standardized service delivery.
- ServiceNow Ticket Management Handle employee requests through the ServiceNow ticketing tool, meeting internal KPIs and service-level agreements.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement Generate HR reports as requested, support change management communications, and contribute to process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.

You bring
- Graduation or postgraduation degree, preferably in Human Resources, with a minimum requirement of a vocational degree in HR Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a Global Shared Services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors (EC Time/Kronos), and ticketing toolbased applications.
- Solid experience in time system administration, including reporting, data analysis, and audit support.
- Exceptional focus on detail, efficiency, and accuracy while handling sensitive employee and payroll-related data.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility, combined with strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
