Lead specialist – BI

We are seeking a Lead Specialist – BI who has demonstrated experience in team handling and end-to-end project management within the BI domain. You will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing project appraisals, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple live and upcoming projects. This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of BI professionals, including involvement in team appraisals.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of BI projects.
• Manage multiple live projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Drive project initiatives from conception through to completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with all relevant stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling as a manager.
• Proven involvement in appraisals.
• Experience managing at least 4 end-to-end projects.
• Currently managing 2 live projects.
• Good Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
