Lead Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

-Technical Solutioning & Enterprise Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI/KYC solution architectures tailored to complex enterprise workflows for large BFSI and fintech clients.

-Pre-Sales & Integration Execution: Lead technical discovery, POC executions, and integration architecture for strategic, enterprise-grade deals to shorten sales cycles and boost conversions.

-Senior Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client CTOs, Engineering Leads, and Product Heads, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with compliance standards.

-Process Optimization & Best Practices: Define and enforce SA framework standards, API integration blueprints, and security guidelines across enterprise account implementations.

-Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior/mid-level Solutions Architects to drive overall team capability, consistency, and execution rigor.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to feed client requirements into the product roadmap and resolve critical technical blockers.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Must-Haves:

- Experience: 07 to 10 years of overall technical experience, with a strong background in Solutions Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Systems Integration.

- Technical Depth: Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, microservices architecture, enterprise security, and cloud technologies.

Enterprise Delivery: Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, large-scale technical solutions for enterprise clients.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite technical decision-makers.

Good-to-Haves:

Domain Knowledge: Deep experience in BFSI, Lending, Digital Onboarding, Identity Verification (KYC/AML), or Fraud Prevention domains.

Mentorship Experience: Track record of mentoring SA/technical team members and establishing SA playbooks/processes.
