Lead Solution Consultant – MarTech

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and client pitches

• Design CRM and Digital Messaging solutions using SFMC, Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Braze, etc.

• Create solution presentations, effort estimations, commercial models, and POCs

• Conduct discovery workshops and support client engagement activities

• Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams for seamless implementation

• Provide technical consultation during the sales cycle

• Drive AI-driven marketing automation and personalization use cases

Must Have Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like SFMC, Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Braze
2. Solution design for CRM and Digital Messaging platforms
3. RFP/RFI response and solution architecture experience
4. Strong storytelling and presentation skills
5. ROI frameworks and business value articulation
6. Consultative client engagement approach

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of CDP, APIs, webhooks, and real-time integrations

• Understanding of GenAI in marketing workflows

• Platform certifications (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze)

• Experience in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Travel, or Media domains
