Job Title: Lead Solution Architect
Location: Chennai/Bangalore

As a Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze requirements, and design scalable and secure solutions that meet the performance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end conversations on BSS/OSS for Mobile, understanding the business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Take the lead in process flow and integration designs, ensuring that the solutions align with the requirements and can be re-used and configured for future needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that the architecture design is scalable, secure, and meets the performance requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Sales/CPQ/Catalog, Order Management, Service Assurance and Rating & Billing
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, specifically in BSS/OSS for Mobile, Sales/CPQ/Catalog, Order Management, Service Assurance and Rating & Billing processes.
- Knowledge of Telco-specific processes and systems.
- Excellent understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and re-usable workflow processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
