The purpose of this role is to create solution architectures for systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company s standards, policies and practices whilst meeting the business requirements. The role will oversee the work of other architects and delivery of the solution for clients both internal and external, shepherding it through the relevant governance.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Creates solution design options based on requirements and the standards, patterns and procedures of the company and recommend the best solution.
  • Completes detailed solution design documentation including input into the companys standard reference models
  • Complies with all governance and due diligence applicable to the solution
  • Responsible for the quality of solutions of lesser experienced Solution Architects under their oversight
  • Promote the design and configuration of Global Workfront instance, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Lead technical discussions and produce documentation for Workfront configurations and integrations that enhance the end-to-end integrations.
  • Provide Workfront solutions aligning with the Business Operations strategy & Roadmaps.
  • Seek opportunities to increase business operations teams satisfaction and improve business and operational efficiency via Workfront technology solutions.
  • Ensure appropriate close out and BAU transition of all projects
  • Own, develop and maintain the documentation repositories and keep them update time to time.
  • Solve technical issues head-on, providing validated solutions.
  • Identify project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PMs
  • Review, analyze, and challenge requirements during discovery and design sessions
  • Respond to gaps or needs within scope, ensuring business satisfaction
  • Align with Global Central teams to ensure the solutions advised in regions aligns to Global solutions and follow the change management process.

Qualification and Skills -

  • 12+ years of Experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
  • Workfront Experience: Min. 5+ years, Hands-on experience in Workfront configurations and Customizations
  • Ability to analyse complex systems as well as troubleshoot and isolate system issues.
  • Advanced nowledge of Agile Methodology and Practice
  • Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills
  • Experience leading IT Teams of 6+ professionals (direct and/or indirect reports)
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Lean principles
  • Previous experience configuring or delivering Workfront is necessary.
  • Handle business issues (internal and external) and suggest resolutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
