Work Mode: Monday WFH | Tuesday–Friday WFO
Shift Timing: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Experience: 12–16 years overall IT experience with strong Solution Architecture experience
Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to design scalable, cloud-native solutions on Azure. The role focuses on proactive solution design, enterprise architecture, and unified ECM platforms integrating Document Management systems and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Azure-based ECM platforms
- Design cloud-native and microservices-based solutions using Java and Azure
- Define unified ECM architecture across Document Management platforms and SharePoint
- Identify architectural risks and provide proactive solutions
- Create architecture documents, integration models, and design decisions
- Ensure scalability, security, resilience, and compliance standards
- Guide teams on architectural direction and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong Solution Architecture experience
- Expertise in Azure cloud-native and microservices architecture
- Experience with AKS and distributed systems design
- Strong Java architecture background
- Experience with REST APIs and service communication models
- Knowledge of ECM platforms, preferably Documentum and SharePoint
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
