We are looking for a Lead Software Test Engineer
You'll make a difference by:
- Design and implement test architecture, test strategies, test plans, and test specifications.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python, with a preference for experience in Playwright.
- Set up and manage automated test pipelines integrated with CI/CD tools.
- Conduct and coordinate API testing and contribute to testing of Kafka-based systems.
- Work with real hardware setups and simulations to validate system behavior.
- Lead software integration testing teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Project Managers, Architects, etc.) to ensure high product quality.
- Review requirement and architecture specifications, deploy testing resources, and manage testing efforts across engagements.
- Define and track KPIs to measure and improve product quality.
- Apply metrics and measurements to assess testing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Railway systems and proactively identify and automate redundant manual tasks to enhance team efficiency.
- Proven ability to enhance product quality through strategic testing and automation initiatives.
