- Lead development of intuitive clinical user interface applications used by clinicians in high-acuity environments.

- Establish and enforce quality standards, development methodologies, and coding practices that drive continuous improvement in software reliability and performance.u00A0
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to ensure adherence to medical device software standards (IEC 62304, FDA regulations)u00A0
- Optimizeu00A0application performance byu00A0identifyingu00A0and resolving bottlenecks in resource-constrained embedded Linux environments.u00A0
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled development tools andu00A0demonstrateu00A0measurable productivity improvements across the team.u00A0
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, Regulatory, andu00A0otheru00A0engineering leads to define and deliver features.u00A0
- Support software lifecycle management activities including sustaining engineering, defect resolution, and platform evolution.u00A0

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in frontu2011end / UIu2011heavy application development for embedded or regulated systems, with strong embedded Linux exposureu00A0
- Deepu00A0expertiseu00A0in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20), including templates, STL, and design patterns.
- Deep expertise in modern frontu2011end technologies (TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS), UI architecture, design systems, and performanceu2011critical rendering for embedded or deviceu2011hosted applications.u00A0
- Strong command of object-oriented programming, memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization.u00A0
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and developer-level testing (unit,u00A0component, BDD withu00A0GTest/Catch2).u00A0
- Strong hands-on proven experience of using AI Agent Technology asu00A0developmentu00A0companion.
- Proven experience designing and implementing medical or safety-critical applications.u00A0
- Hands-on experience with medical communication protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR, IEEE 11073 SDC,u00A0DICOM)(preferred).u00A0
- Experience with technical documentation, code reviews, and compliance with medical software development processes (e.g., IEC 62304).u00A0
- Experience developing on embedded Linuxu00A0incl.u00A0Yocto/OpenEmbeddedu00A0
- Understanding ofu00A0cybersecurity and data privacy requirements for medical devices.u00A0
- Familiarity with Linux-based OS stacks tailored for medical devices, including secure boot,u00A0sandboxing,u00A0and compliance with regulatory standards.u00A0
- Proficiencyu00A0in GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/SAFeu00A0methodologies.u00A0
- Understanding ofu00A0patient monitoring systems, medical device safety, and healthcare regulatory requirements.u00A0
- Ability to collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and global teams to ensure solutions meet clinical and business needs.u00A0
