Job Description
P1C3STS'strong Hands on Experience in Mainframe development with CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, Control-M and basic IBM utilities
Git
Experience with mainframe modernization
Financial Services experience, specifically Trading or Clearance & Settlement
CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, VSAM, Control-M and basic IBM utilities
Knowledge on developing/enhancing applications involving CICS with exposure on MQ series is must
Demonstrated skill in AI prompting and the practical use of AI tools to improve development productivity, problem-solving, and support workflows (Exp using AI tools like Windsurf, Claude)
Strong experience supporting real-time transactional systems and batch processing applications
Agile Development experience

- Knowledge on developing/enhancing applications involving CICS with exposure on MQ series is must
- Responsible for development and implementation of applications using Mainframe technologies and also should be responsible for Build, deployment and Support of the application.
- The identified resource will need to be in constant verbal and written contact with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance to standards and best practices for development including change management, release management, & source code control.
