Role Description We are seeking a Java Lead with 7+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to lead the design development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership drive best practices fix vulnerabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality secure and performant solutions Experience with React is a plus enabling effective collaboration across full-stack development initiatives and enhancing user experience delivery Some prod support experience Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Drive application performance scalability security and reliability through effective design and code reviews Participate in solution design discussions technical estimations and project planning activities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development testing and production environments Implement and oversee unit testing code quality checks and CI/CD best practices Work closely with frontend teams and contribute to React-based development activities when required Ensure proper documentation of application architecture technical designs and deployment procedures Support Agile development practices and foster continuous improvement within the team Provide production support monitor application health and resolve critical live incidents efficiently Java Spring Boot Microservices API Integration REST/SOAP React SQL
