Advanced SQL & Procedural Programming - PL-SQL Deep expertise in writing native Db2 stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions (UDFs), and compound SQL blocks.

Advanced SQL & Procedural Programming - PL-SQL Deep expertise in writing native Db2 stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions (UDFs), and compound SQL blocks.
- Complex Query Construction: Advanced use of CTEs (Common Table Expressions), hierarchical queries (using recursive CTEs), window/analytical functions, and complex MERGE statements.
- Application Embedding: Ability to embed Db2 SQL inside native host languages like COBOL or PL/I, utilizing host variables and coping with static vs. dynamic SQL binding. Mainframe Subsystems: Comfort working with JCL (Job Control Language), TSO/ISPF, and execution frameworks like CICS or IMS.
- Binding & Packages: Complete command over the PRECOMPILE, BIND, REBIND cycle, packages, and plan management. Experience in DB2 for AS400 database
- native DB2 SP/triggers/UDFs, CTEs/window functions, COBOL/PLI embedding, JCL/TSO/CICS/IMS, PRECOMPILE/BIND/REBIND
