Lead Software Engineer

Role Summary We are looking for a highly proactive, exploratory, and technically curious Agentic AI QA Engineer who can contribute across both traditional QA and Agentic AI initiatives. The candidate will work as a QA engineer supporting day-to-day project activities including manual testing, test planning, regression, defect management, SIT/UAT, and QA processes, while also exploring modern QA tools and Agentic AI capabilities to improve testing productivity and quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong QA foundation, an interest in emerging technologies , the ability to independently explore and build POCs, and strong client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities QA Testing

• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing on OTT platform
• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Execute SIT/UAT and validate critical business workflows
• Identify, log, track, prioritize, and validate defects
• Support defect RCA and proactively identify testing risks
• Follow QA processes, standards, and governance
• Identify gaps in existing QA processes and recommend improvements
  
  

QA Tools Automation -Work with tools such as JIRA, Qase, GitHub, Confluence, Postman

• Swagger/OpenAPI, Playwright/Selenium, and CI/CD platforms
• Perform API testing and have exposure to UI automation
• Understand how different QA tools can be integrated into an end-to-end testing workflow
• Quickly learn and evaluate new tools based on project requirements
  
  

Agentic AI -Understand fundamentals of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI,Agentic workflows, prompts, tools, skills, and MCP concepts

• Identify QA activities that can be improved or accelerated using Agentic AI
• Explore and develop AI agents, skills, tools, and workflows for real-world QA use cases
• Design effective prompts, agent instructions, workflows, and reusable capabilities
• Explore integration of QA tools and data sources with Agentic AI solutions
• Conduct POCs to validate new Agentic AI use cases
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications within QA
  
  

Must-Have Skills -5–8 years of QA/testing experience in OTT Testing
