Job Description
Strong technical business analysis capability
Experience working on digital platform migrations
Understanding of API-based intergrations
Ability to interpret orchestration/middleware flows
Proven experience writing agile functional requirements user stories,acceptance criteria.for complex paltform builds.
Familaritity with structuring user stories in standard agile format (e.g BDD/Given-When-Then)
Experience working with low-code Platforms (Ungork preferred) Insurance or financial services experience preferred
Experience translating legacy functionality into structured backlog artifacts. The BA must be comfortable engaging both business stakeholders and technical architects.Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-Functional requirements,focusing on workflows,intregrations and compliance needs within the ungork platform.user story Development:Translate business needs into clear,actionable user stories with acceptance criteria,ensuring alignment with ungorks component based architure.workflow Design:Define and document end-to-end user journey.
