Job Description
- Strong experience in Pega application testing with a good understanding of Pega BPM and case management applications.
- Expertise in Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Good understanding of Pega workflows, business rules, case life cycles, assignments, and SLA validations.
- Experience in preparing and executing test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in validating Pega UI screens, business processes, and decision rules.
- Strong experience in API/Web Services testing (REST/SOAP) and interface validation.
- Proficient in SQL/database testing for backend data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint ceremonies and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar test and defect tracking tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
