Lead Software Engineer

Job Requirements

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in the healthcare

domain to lead the design and transformation of enterprise-grade platforms. This role demands

a strong blend of technical depth, product thinking, and advisory capability, working closely with

client leadership (CTO, Enterprise Architects) and internal engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will drive AI-Native, scalable, and product-oriented architecture,

reengineering legacy systems into modern, high-performing solutions.

• To conceptualize and design the end-to-end architecture of the solution by leveraging on the
  
  

enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform and implement effective IT solutions for

the organization and industry and ensuring that they are aligned with the desired business

outcomes.

• Drive technology rationalization by identifying redundant or outdated technologies and
  
  

recommending streamlined alternatives.

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, including guidelines for security,
  
  

performance, scalability, and interoperability.

• Collaborate with development teams to guide high-level design, ensuring alignment with
  
  

target architecture.

• Partner with stakeholders across business, security, and operations to ensure architecture
  
  

meets enterprise-wide requirements.

• Serve as a key advisor on strategic initiatives and provide architectural oversight throughout
  
  

the project lifecycle.

• To resolve technical problems and constraints.
• To provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Define and own enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business and healthcare
  
  

industry needs

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including high-level design (HLD) and technical
  
  

roadmaps

• Reengineer legacy applications into modern, product-based platforms
• Establish scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for healthcare systems
  
  

Client Advisory & Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders including CTOs and Enterprise Architects
• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust
  
  

solutions

Engineering Excellence & AI-First Approach

• Champion engineering best practices, design patterns, and architecture governance
• Drive adoption of an AI-Native approach to enhance productivity, automation, and
  
  

innovation (using Claude Code or other platforms )

• Ensure systems are built with performance, reliability, and maintainability in mind
  
  

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with technical leads and development teams to implement architectural
  
  

vision

• Provide hands-on guidance during design, development, and deployment phases
• Review and validate architecture, code quality, and implementation approaches
  
  

Required Skills & Expertise

Architecture & Design

• Proven experience in:
  
  

○ Enterprise architecture frameworks

○ Product design and platform engineering

○ System integration and distributed systems

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development:
  
  

○ .NET Core

○ Web API / Microservices

○ Angular and/or React

• Expertise in Database Technologies (SQL and performance optimization)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  
  

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Experience designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures
• Cloud experience with strong exposure to or anyone of the following platform
  
  

○ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

○ Microsoft Azure

• Experience in designing scalable Container based applications such as AKS
  
  

Optional Skills

Healthcare Domain Expertise - Optional

• Strong understanding of healthcare standards and integration protocols:
  
  

○ HL7 / ADT

○ FHIR

• Experience in building interoperable healthcare systems
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15 Years of IT experience with minimum 4+ years on architect role
• Relevant certifications in cloud (Azure/OCI) or architecture frameworks are a plus
• Exceptional track record of success in architecture and design
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Excellent communication and consulting mindset
• Prior experience in product-based organizations or platform transformation
