Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Specialist with extensive experience in software testing methodologies and a strong focus on Pega REST. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Utilize Pega REST services to validate and test integrations and APIs.
• Document test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior testing team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Pega REST services.
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Pega applications.
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
