Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer with a strong background in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing methodologies and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as identifying and documenting defects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
• Utilize Python to automate testing processes and improve testing efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand software features and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Extensive experience in software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
