Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET / QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and core Java, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Lead the QA automation team in implementing best practices and methodologies for testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on automation frameworks and tools.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Proficient in core Java programming.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
