Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored consultancy services.
• Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure software meets client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide training and support to clients on Selenium best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software testing and consultancy.
• Relevant certifications in automation testing (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium Certification) are a plus.
