Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Specialist with extensive experience in Pega to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing methodologies. A strong understanding of Pega is essential, as you will be working closely with development teams to validate and verify software functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Document and report testing results, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and Pega technologies.
