Performance Test & Benchmarking Engineer
pgbench, HammerDB, JMeter, custom workload replay, baseline and regression benchmark design, statistical analysis of results, latency percentiles, before/after comparison reporting. Maps to Load & Stress Testing plus Baseline metrics collection. This is the one most often mis-merged into the DBA role — it's a distinct skill set (test design + statistics, not engine internals).
