Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled a strong background in AWS Data Engineering and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience, with expertise in AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, and SQL. You will play a crucial role in leading data integration projects, ensuring high-quality data processing, and managing teams in an onshore-offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of ETL solutions using Ab Initio.
• Own end-to-end data integration, processing, and quality solutions across multiple projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with data architecture standards.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage development activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Design Ab Initio graphs, conduct parameterization for reusability and scalability.
• Drive teams in large data programs and play an architect role in project execution.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• AWS Data Services (Redshift, Glue, SQL)
• ETL Development using Ab Initio
• Strong experience in Linux and Database management
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Spring Boot (Deal Breaker Skill)
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data architecture and data quality standards
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of additional ETL tools and frameworks
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AWS or data engineering are a plus.
