Lead Software Engineer

'Strong experience in regulatory reporting and capital markets, with knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.

Lead analysis of regulatory requirements, assess regulatory changes and their impact, and ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with regulatory standards.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate them into functional/technical specifications, and facilitate stakeholder workshops.

Understand transaction lifecycles and regulatory reporting processes, including data collection, validation, reconciliation, and reporting automation.

Collaborate with trading, risk, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to define requirements and implement effective reporting solutions.

Lead or support cross-functional regulatory reporting projects, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Conduct gap analysis, process improvement, and compliance assessments, and support internal/external audits.

Prepare and maintain BRDs/FRDs, functional specifications, UAT documentation, and regulatory reporting process documentation.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams
