Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer with a strong background in Selenium and C# (C Sharp) to join our dynamic team and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Implement AI/ML testing strategies to enhance testing processes.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on testing results.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Selenium with C# (C Sharp) for automated testing.
• Proficient in software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge on AI/ML concepts and their application in software testing.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
