Lead Software Engineer

Position: Technical Lead

Primary Skills: .NET Core, C#, Microsoft Azure, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management

Budget: ₹26–27 LPA

Experience: 10–13 years (12+ years preferred)

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and C#.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, including guiding and mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise application development.
• Experience driving end-to-end solution delivery in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client interaction, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code.
• Microservices architecture and API development.
• Performance optimization, security, and cloud best practices.
• Experience with modern development methodologies and code quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10–13 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in .NET and Azure.
• Demonstrated success leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
